Location
Halle is a typical middle size Universitäts-Stadt, with a relatively high proportion of students per citizen. The city is attractive for students as it offers an active student life and extremely good infrastructure: Rents are low (often less than €3 / square meter). Students dormitories and a children’s day care are located on the Weinberg-Campus within a 2 min walking distance from the Institutes. Public transfer (bus and tram ) to the city centre is excellent.
